How far is the ferry?
The Bainbridge Island ferry terminal is about 0.8 miles from home, and the crossing to downtown Seattle takes about 35 minutes.
How big are the homes?
Every home has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The Bainbridge layout is 1,150 sq ft and the Winslow is 1,130 sq ft.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, up to two pets per home, with a $200 non-refundable pet fee and $25 a month in pet rent per pet.
What does it cost to apply?
The application fee is $54 per applicant. At move-in there is a $200 administrative fee and a refundable security deposit starting at $500.
Which utilities do residents pay?
Electricity is billed by the provider. Water, sewer and trash are billed by use, plus a $3 monthly utility admin charge. Renters insurance is required.
Is there parking?
Yes. Covered parking is spread throughout the property, and there are electric vehicle charging stations on site.
